Q. Can you make duplicate jewelry pieces?

My jewelry is made from vintage components. Since the availability of such items is rare and always diverse, the jewelry I create is unique and cannot be recreated.

Q. Do you offer discounts for multiple purchases?

You would be amazed at the amount of time that goes into collecting, cleaning, separating them designing just one single piece. I kindly ask that you respect the quality of my jewelry and the effort in creating it, by not asking for discounts. My designs are priced so everyone can own and enjoy Bijoux Creations!

Q. What is your return policy?

Most important to me is your 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you feel less than wonderful wearing my jewelry, please return item(s) within 10 days of purchase for a full refund (not to include return postage) or credit towards an exchange.

Q. Do you make matching earrings?

Yes! In most cases a pair of earrings can be designed to match your purchase. Simply call or email me with your request. I will design a pair exclusively for you!
